Mediterranean BurgersMakes 4 Servings
When you feel the urge for a juicy barbecued burger hot off the grill, don't look any further than this recipe.
1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dried oregano
5 garlic cloves, pressed
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
sliced tomatoes for topping
sliced mild or red onions for topping
- Mix together beef, mustard, oil, oregano, garlic and black pepper. Form into 4 burgers.
- Preheat grill, and add burgers. Cook until meat is no longer pink in center. Alternatively, broil in oven.
- Serve in big, warmed crusty rolls with tomato and onion slices.
