This combination of mango and melted Brie is luscious, but you can try whatever combination of fruit and cheese that appeals to you - even good old apple and cheddar.
Ingredients
1/2 lb Brie cheese, thinly sliced 6 small flour tortillas 1 large ripe mango
Directions
Divide half the slices of Brie evenly along the bottom half of each tortilla. Top with mango slices and the rest of the Brie slices. Fold in half.
Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook tortillas 2 to 3 minutes per side until cheese is melted and tortilla is browned.
