Last night as I was hurriedly preparing a dish for a church potluck the next morning, I was contemplating putting the dish hot out of the oven onto a pile of ice in the kitchen sink. Unreluctantly, I decided that the dish might break, so let it cool the old fashioned way, TIME!! Anyway, as I was literally running out of my house this morning, my hands that were carrying the dish, now with a yummy dessert in it, slipped and I dropped the dish on the concrete that is just outside the back door.
