GLASS OVENWARE WARRANTY

Limited two year warranty - PYREX® glass ovenware and glass covers:

World Kitchen, LLC promises to replace any PYREX® brand glass item that breaks from oven heat within two years from date of purchase.

PARTS/ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

Limited one year warranty - PYREX® parts/accessories:

Any non-glass part/accessory with a manufacturing defect will be replaced without charge within one year from date of purchase.

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental breakage from impact or attempted repair. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the safety and usage instructions that accompanied the product. For a warranty claim, KEEP THE PRODUCT and call 1-800-999-3436. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow this exclusion or limitation, so the above may not apply to you. These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
